EMCS performs energy audit for owners and managers of commercial properties and facilities.  The audits examine all aspects of energy use in the facility.  This is commonly termed a Water, Air Gas, Electricity and Steam or WAGES Audit.  The audit compares the facility's performance against the regional average for similar facilities and may include computer modeling of the facility's performance.

Energy Consumtion Analysis

A financial analysis of the findings with specific recommendations, cost of improvements, and important financial benchmarks like Payback, Return On Investment (ROI), and IRR/MIRR.  These types of analysis make it possible for business people to make the best decisions
